Thrift Store Manager - Clinton, MA
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Store Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations. We are open Monday to Sunday 9AM to 7PM. (Mon-Friday operations start at 8AM) The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while exhibiting outstanding leadership skills. No thrift experience necessary, but the successful candidate will have experience in retail, team building and the ability to be a strong leader with a staff of 15+ team members.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Provide leadership for staff in all departments.
· Payroll Management and Scheduling
· Hires, coaches and develops team members.
· Training and oversight of sales floor
· Provide excellent customer service.
· Ensures compliance with all East Coast Thrift policies and procedures.
Requirements
Requirements:
· Must be able to work a flexible schedule. (After 90 days schedule is usually Mon-Fri 8-5)
· Basic POS knowledge
· Strong communication and time management skills
· Experience in management a must
· 18 years of age & older

Cashiers
Job Summary: East Coast Thrift is looking for full and part time cashiers. We have flexible schedules and are open Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday 11 AM – 5 PM. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast paced environment while providing outstanding customer service
Duties and Responsibilities: Cross training in all customer service areas
Process all customer transactions and collect payment.
Assist store managers where needed.

Production Team: Graders, Hangers & Pricers
Summary:
East Coast Thrift in Spencer is looking for production team members responsible for pricing in our clothing, housewares, and shoe departments. We also have sorting/ hanging positions open! The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while learning how to evaluate textiles and brand names within our pricing programs. (No tech skills necessary, we’ll teach you!)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Cross train in all categories
Maintain clean and neat work areas.
Assist store managers where needed.
